Shipping Policy

At Reload Bar Tonga, we want to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within 1-7 business days from the date of purchase. We offer free shipping on all orders over $120 within Tonga, and we also provide a pickup location in Tonga for your convenience.

If you need your order expedited, please contact our customer service team at BestbarinTonga@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that expedited shipping may incur additional fees, which will be communicated to you before processing your order.

Return Policy:

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been washed, altered, or damaged in any way.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at BestbarinTonga@gmail.com, and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will decide on whether or not you're eligible for returning the item(s). Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you will need to return the item(s) following our return policy guidelines and place a new order for the desired item(s).
