At Reload Bar Tonga, we understand that customer satisfaction is paramount. That's why we have established a comprehensive customer service policy to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases and overall experience with us.

Return Policy:

We are confident that you will love your purchase from Reload Bar Tonga. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been washed, altered, or damaged in any way.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at BestbarinTonga@gmail.com, and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will decide on whether or not your eligible for returning the item(s). Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, your out of luck returns will not be considered for these reasons. BestbarinTonga@gmail.com.

Shipping:

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within 1-7 business days from the date of purchase. We offer free shipping on all orders over $120 & provide a pickup location in Tonga.
